This course will focus on the Dos and Don'ts of learning Tai Chi. Emphasis will be on practicing the original 13 postures. You will learn how to transform Tai Chi into a unique and fulfilling exercise. Instruction will also include the spiritual and philosophical principles which Tai Chi is founded on. All interest levels welcomed. Dr. Frank Bisceglia has taught Tai Chi for over 40 years. He is the author of TAI CHI: Thoughts and Theories. What is the difference between Medicare and Medicaid? How do I pay for long-term care? How does long-term care insurance work? What happens if I go to a nursing home? Instructor is a local attorney with 28 years of experience with elder law issues.
