You will learn how to transform Tai Chi into a unique and fulfilling exercise. Instruction will also include the spiritual and philosophical principles which Tai Chi is founded on. All interest levels welcomed. Dr. Frank Bisceglia has taught Tai Chi for over 40 years. He is the author of TAI CHI: Thoughts and Theories. Instructor is a local attorney with 28 years of experience with elder law issues.
